A little introduction,
Lumut is a coastal
town (population apprx 31k) in the state of Perak, Malaysia, situated about 84
km from Ipoh, 12 km from the town of Sitiawan
and it is the gateway to Pangkor Island.
It is noted for seashell and coral handicrafts. This once little-known fishing
town has since become the home base of the
Royal Malaysian Navy (Tentera Laut Di-raja Malaysia - TLDM) and the site of
the biggest naval shipbuilder in Malaysia, Boustead Naval Shipyard.

is no direct train to Lumut, nearest station will be at Ipoh. And you will need
