21km (half marathon) but there will be a cut off time of 3.5 hour**
2. You shall receive race confirmation and receipt by email upon payment.
3. All registration must
support with payment. No payment, no confirmation.
4. Closing date for entry
is 17 May 2015, midnight. Entry after the closing date will not be entertained.

Race Start and Cut-off Time

All participants are
required to assemble at the starting point. Runner will be release in batch
according to their respective categories.
Cut-off time for each categories
5km – 1.5 hours
10km – 2.5 hours
21km – 3.5 hours
Prize giving ceremony will
start half hour after the first runner of each categories is back. The event
shall end by 12.00pm.
Top 10 results will be
displayed at the finishing area. Only top 5 winners will receive their prizes
on the stage. Only Malaysian
citizen shall receive our prize. For
international runner, we welcome you to join the fun, but there will be no
prize giving out to you.

Safety Marshal, Water
Station and first aid
- There will be road marshal and also
traffic police along the way.
- Each water station and first aid will
be place approximately 3.5km a part.
Baggage Deposit
There will be a baggage
deposit booth setup on the event day. Runner may utilize the service to store
your belongings.
Our Baggage Deposit booth
will start operating at 4:45am and close when the event over. Please remember
to collect your bag!
Toilet
There will be some public
toilet along the race route and also the starting point. Please prepare some
small change for using the service.
General
rules & regulations
1. Participants who completed the Online Registration agreed to
abide by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject
any entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
3. All participants are required to complete the Online
Registration entry form with accurate and correct information.
4. Once the registration is being processed, there will be no
refund for those who fail to show up for the race and/or withdraw from it.
5. The race registration will only confirm when full payment of
the race entry fee has been made.
6. On-the-spot entries will NOT be entertained.
7. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by
the Organizer to ensure the participants' safety, participants
partake in this event at their own risk and the Organizer shall not
be liable for any bodily injuries, loss and/or damage to property, whether
personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
8. All event date and time stated herein are subject to
changes. Full event rundown will provide once finalized.
9. The
organizer shall not be liable for any damage delay caused by accidents, fires,
earthquake, floods, strikes or any other calamities or cause beyond its
control. Hence, the organizer reserved the right to cancel, postpone
or change the venue, date and time for the event. There will be no refund
if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance as state
above.
10. All participant hold personal responsible to their own
safety during the competition. The organizer shall not be liable or held any
responsible to injuries, death, damage or loss of personal property of any
participant whether fatal or otherwise.
11. Organizer’s decision is final in the event of any dispute.
12. Booth decorations and sponsor’s marketing activities are not
the responsibility of the organizer.
13. Any dispute or protest against another participant or any
violation in the Event shall be made in writing to the Organiser within 30
minutes of her/his finish time. A deposit of RM200 must be accompanied with the
appropriate protest form. The deposit will be refunded if the protest is
successful.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs or
recordings of the participants for any commercial or advertising purposes for
any commercial advertising including legitimate purpose.
15. The Race Director/Organising Committee decision is final.
16. Participants can appoint a friend to collect their Race
Packs should they are not able to be present personally.
17. The organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any
of these rule and regulation of the event from time to time as they deem fit.
If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the organizer shall be the
authority to interpret. Any update on the rules and regulation of the event
will be notified on the official website (http://werunlumut.blogspot.com) or
Official facebook (fb.com/werunlumut) and it is responsibility of the affected
participant to keep abreast with any change.
A participant may be disqualified
for the following reason(s):
(a) Refusing to follow the
rules and regulations and /or instructions given by the Organiser and/or Race
Officials.
(b) Consumption of
alcohol, stimulants or any kind of prohibited drugs 24 hours before the race.
On the run
- All participant must hang/clip their number
bib in front of their shirt
- All runner are encourage to wear appropriate
sport attire.
- You are encouraged to wear our event running
vest for safe guard purpose
- Running with your earphone on is not encourage
- For first timer, is not advisable race/compete
with other runner, you should run at your own pace, if you could not run,
walk is fine.
- Shall you feel any difficulties during the
event, stop immediately and look up our safety marshal or first aid
support for help.
- As we are sharing the road with public
transport, part of the road will be closed for our runner, however, we
still urge you to beware of your surrounding while running.
- There will be sweeper bus to pick up all the
runner who did not finish within the cut off time.
